Police Impounds: To release a vehicle, we need the registered owner, valid photo identification, proof of insurance, and the payment must be in cash. Vehicles may only be released to a different party with a notarized letter from the registered owner. Accidents: When coming to clean out or pick up your vehicle, please bring a photo identification and proof of insurance. If you have full coverage, make sure to contact your insurance company immediately after the accident. With full coverage, insurance companies generally cover all towing and storage fees. With liability only or no insurance, you will be responsible for the towing and storage charges on the vehicle. Additionally, with liability coverage, the initial fees must be paid before you will have access to your vehicle and its contents. Call us ahead of time to verify what is needed and with any questions. Accident releases can be paid with cash or credit card.
